# Atlas

> The enterprise operating world. Contracted, bespoke, sovereign-capable.

Atlas is the enterprise surface. Institutions use it to stage operating models, workflows, and agent policies as Worlds, run them against real teams, replay against alternate framings, and commit with the reading in hand.

Same Simulation Designer as Stage & Dive. Same Protocols. Same StageCard. Different envelope: private tenant boundary, bespoke integration.

## Modules

| Module            | What it does                                                                                                                                |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **IBE (Build)**   | Design Protocols. Compile them into versioned Blueprints.                                                                                   |
| **Stage**         | Author Simulations against a Blueprint. Configure roles, checkpoints, flags, reproducibility.                                               |
| **Replay**        | Forensic review of a single interaction. Every metamarker traced to source evidence.                                                        |
| **Provenance**    | Population-level observation. Cohort dynamics, drift detection, risk regime monitoring. Includes **Gravity** for what-if scenario planning. |
| **API Dashboard** | Keys, ICS usage, quota, access grants, webhooks.                                                                                            |
