Stage is the Simulation Designer inside Atlas. Same tool as S&D: same canvas, same protocols, same StageCard. The difference is envelope: private tenant Stage World, optional push to public, and the option to run programmatically at scale.
A Simulation: a reproducible interactive artefact bound to a Blueprint. Roles, checkpoints, flags, constraints, seed. Deployed to your tenant’s private Stage World. Push to the public Stage & Dive board ships with that surface.
Atlas Stage supports programmatic Dive via MCP, SDK, and CLI. Push agents through Stages at scale for benchmarking, batch evaluation, or integration testing. Topology-only or world-model rendering: whichever fits.Programmatic Dive is only available on private Stages (tenant Stage World or Studio-authored programmatic-eligible Stages). The public surface is for humans playing themselves.
Same Simulation + same seed = same environment. Essential for scientific rigor and benchmark fairness.Blueprint version, Protocol version, SGM version, and Simulation configuration are fixed at run time and recorded in every resulting StageCard.
