Blankstate reverses the order of a decision: experience the future before you commit to it. Old world: commit, then find out. New world: experience it, then commit. A person does not simulate a future. They live it. Anything you are weighing (a hire, an operating model, a policy, an agent) is staged as a live World: a physics-based, replayable environment. Real people dive in and act. The SGM sensor engine reads what unfolds. Worlds open the experience; the SGM reads it. The output is a replayable, evidence-linked record. Through the API, a signed reading. Inside Atlas, a full-tenant view. On Stage & Dive (closed beta), a StageCard.

The motion

Every Blankstate surface follows the same five steps.
  1. Stage. Compose the situation: roles, framing, constraints, and the checkpoints that define completion.
  2. Dive. A user enters the World and acts.
  3. Measure. The SGM reads the interaction across cognitive, behavioural, and intentional axes.
  4. Replay. Run the same World again, with different actors, framings, or variables.
  5. Commit. Hire, deploy, ship, or sign, with the reading in hand.
Wireframe landscape. The Stage & Dive motion.

The motion. Stage → Dive → Measure → Replay → Commit.

Concepts

The surfaces

Every surface sits on the same Worlds, the same Protocols, and the same instrument.

The SGM at a glance

The Spectral Geometric Manifold is a self-supervised sensor engine that reads the structure of an interaction, not what was said, but how it unfolded. One instrument across every domain, language, and modality. See The SGM for the full specification.

Structural separation

A World without measurement is theatre. A sensor without a World is a scoring model. Blankstate holds both, and keeps them apart. Eva authors and guides the creation of Worlds and Protocols. The SGM reads what unfolds inside a World. The generator cannot be its own ruler.
