You leverage Blankstate's platform, primarily the blueprint.blankstate.ai interface, to design, build, and refine Blueprints. This dedicated environment is where you translate strategic vision into actionable operational intelligence.
These Blueprints are not static documents; they are living frameworks that define:
- The Goals: Establishing Metrics that quantify operational performance against strategic objectives (like OKRIs).
- What to Sense: Defining Protocols to observe the critical interactions and content needed to inform those Metrics.
- The Standard for Excellence: Setting the Gold Standard benchmark for each Metric.
While the EVA Control Center is used for activating Blueprints for real-time monitoring in Stream, your core work of Blueprint creation, detailed design, and evaluation primarily takes place within blueprint.blankstate.ai. Your work directly enables Blankstate's products to provide real-time guidance and conduct deep retrospective analysis, driving continuous improvement towards Operational Excellence.

Mind Architects translate organizational Strategy into actionable insights by defining the core components of a Blueprint. This process, primarily conducted within the blueprint.blankstate.ai interface, involves setting the Goals (Metrics) and then designing the Sensors (Protocols) to measure progress towards them:
- 1. Metrics (Define the Goals)
Start by establishing the quantifiable Goals derived from the organization's strategy (e.g., OKRIs). Metrics translate desired outcomes into measurable targets and define how performance is calculated. They are the key drivers contributing to the overall Operational Excellence Spectrum (OES).
Architects define the calculation logic, weight, directionality, and the Gold Standard (target value) for each Metric.
- 2. Protocols (Design the Sensors)
Once Metrics are defined, design the Protocols needed to feed them data. Protocols act as the "sensors" or "lenses" that define what specific aspects of interactions (Stream) or content (Replay) to analyze. They are structured using core concepts and detailed nuances.
Protocols ensure the right information is captured to accurately measure progress against the defined Metrics.
- 3. Metamarkers (Refine the Nuances)
